3. Products and Prices We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — colors and sizes may vary slightly from reality due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit the quantities available for purchase.

4. Orders and Payments All orders are subject to product availability confirmation. Payment is made in full at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, without any obligation to provide further explanation.

5. Delivery Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (customs, weather conditions, carrier). Risk of the product transfers to the buyer at the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

6. Pet Products — Return Limitations In accordance with Art. 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, pet care and grooming products with a broken seal, as well as pet food, treats, and dietary supplements, are not eligible for return for hygiene and health protection reasons. 7. Limitation of Liability Novera cannot be held responsible for: Adverse reactions or individual sensitivities of animals to product ingredients. Improper use of products. Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing new supplements or care products to your pet's routine.

8. Intellectual Property All content on novera-pets.com (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Novera and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without the written consent of Novera is prohibited.

9. Privacy The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

10. Applicable Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
