Zylo is an online store specializing in skincare products, operated through the Shopify platform.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the consent of a parent/legal guardian, and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

      3. Products and Prices

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — colors may vary slightly from reality due to screen settings.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities available for purchase.

      4. Orders and Payments

 All orders are subject to product availability confirmation.  Payment is made in full at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, without any obligation to provide further explanation.

          5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.  We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (customs, weather conditions, carrier).  Risk of the product transfers to the buyer at the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

      6. Personal Care Products — Return Limitations

In accordance with Art. 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, skincare and personal care products with a broken seal are not eligible for return for hygiene and health protection reasons. Full details in our Return Policy.

      7. Limitation of Liability

Zylo cannot be held responsible for:

 Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities to product ingredients.  Improper use of products.  Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

     We recommend testing any new product on a small area of skin before use

All content on zyloskin.com (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Zylo and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without the written consent of Zylo is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
